Description:

The year was 1977 and Debby Boone earned instant fame when You Light Up My Life became one of the biggest songs in history, charting #1 on the Billboard top 100. She received the Grammy for Best New Artist and has since received an additional seven Grammy nominations, winning two more. Debby continues to grow her reputation as a singer of the Great American Songbook, with her release of Reflections of Rosemary, an intimate tribute to her late mother-in-law Rosemary Clooney, and with her new big band show Swing This, a tribute to Las Vegas in the 60’s. The show features an intoxicating selection of favorite songs, influenced by Debby’s childhood with her famous father – listening to Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, and sitting poolside in Vegas with Barbra Streisand. A thrilling combination of swing-style arrangements played by a swinging band and The Diva Jazz Horns, songs you will hear include: Sway, More Than You Know, Everybody Loves Somebody, Sing, Sing Sing and other jazz standards.
