Passport Processing Services

In order to better serve the Queensborough Community and our neighbors, the Bursar's office is now accepting Passport Applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.

Passport Hours Monday 2:30 – 4:30pm* You must arrive by 4:15 to be serviced
Tuesday &
10:30 am – 12:30 pm & 2:30 – 5pm* You must arrive 15 minutes before closing to be serviced
Thursday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm You must arrive by 12:15 to be serviced

The office will be closed on December 24, 25 and 31, 2015 and January 1, 2016.
Office hours for December 28, 29 and 30, 2015 are 9-5pm

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Passport Services may close before stated time.
We regret any inconvenience.

Queensborough Community College regrets that it can no longer offer Passport Photo taking services. Please arrange to have your passport photo taken at your local retail establishment prior to presenting your application for processing. The US Department of State only requires one (1) passport photo per application.

Please note: CREDIT CARDS are not accepted for any Passport Services.

General Acceptance Fee - $25.00 paid to Queensborough Community College (QCC) by cash or money order (only) for all passport applications - this fee is paid by all applicants regardless of age, and CANNOT be combined or paid with the Department of State processing fee.
