Gladys Thompson Roth received a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Brooklyn College and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Queen’s College and New York University.

Roth studied stone and wood sculpture with Aline Geist, Elsie Nydorf, Raymond Rocklin, and Lissy Dennett. Exhibitions include Chung-Cheng Gallery at St. John’s University, Art 54 Gallery in SOHO, Shelter Rock Art Gallery, EAB Gallery, Roslyn, Port Washington.
