Freshman and Transfer Students

FRESHMAN AND TRANSFER STUDENTS

DIRECT ADMIT PROCESS
Applications will be accepted at the college starting

November 20th , 2002.

The application must be completed and submitted in person at QCC’s Office of Admissions. You will need to bring the following:

Bank check or money order only payable to UAPC.

Documents  

 

Freshmen 

academic high school diploma (with official transcripts) or GED (with scores).

Transfer

same as above and official college transcripts.

 

An official transcript will only be accepted if enclosed in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution.

Residency - This information may be required for some applicants. Nassau County residents will need to complete a Certificate of Residency, 60 days prior to the first day of classes.
