Dr. Linda Stanley (Ph.D. New York University) was the director of the WRIT (Writing and Reading in the Technologies) Project, which introduced the concept of low-stakes writing to the faculty during the 1980s. In 1991, Dr. Linda Stanley, the WRIT project director, co-edited a book with Dr. Joanna Ambron, a member ofthe QCC biology department, entitled Writing Across the Curriculum in Community Colleges (Jossey Bass). In 1992, she participated in an interactive videoconference, WAC: Making It Work, produced by PBS and beamed to colleges throughout the country. Prof. Stanley is now co-director of the WIDWAC program.

Dr. Peter Gray (Ph.D. University of Albany) has co-directed the Queensborough WIDWAC program since 1999. He is also involved with the CUNY Graduate Center Looking Both Ways program. Prof. Gray regularly presents at regional and national conferences on WAC and pedagogy. His articles have appeared in Symploke and College Composition and Communication.

- Leonard Finkelman is a doctoral student in Philosophy at the Graduate Center.
- Paoyi Huang is a doctoral student in Sociology at the Graduate Center.
- Naoko Kumagai is a doctoral student in Political Science at the Graduate Center.
- Rebecca Linz - I am a doctoral student in French, specializing in contemporary Quebecois theater. I also have a Certificate in Women's Studies from the Graduate Center and a Master's degree in Frehch Literature from Michigan State University. I have taught French language, literature, and civilization courses at Queens College (including several Writing Intensive courses), Manhattan School of Music, St. John's University, and Fordham University.
