The Telecommunications Department of QCC provides voice communication for the college, which includes: auto-attendants that route and inform callers, telephones for clear conversations, voice mail to record messages, fax system to exchange documents, and a Public Address system for emergency instructions. We ensure that all departments are reachable via telephone from on and off campus, all departments can call out to help our community and receive help from external organizations. We strive to design our telephone system to help the college be more effective, improve productivity, and advance service to our students.
