• From QCC student, Shawn Fahrer:  "Here's a CHEAP (?) suggestion ... Can QCC afford to put ONE blue recycling bin in the vicinity of EVERY soda dispensing machine on campus, so more soda/water/etc. bottles don't wind up in classroom garbage cans along with the usual junk???  Or perhaps a tiny blue bin next to the regular garbage cans in each classroom?  (We used to have one of those by our desks at my old job to fill with white paper, etc., but why can't it be for 'recyclables' in general?)  I don't even recall if there is a recycling bin near the Science Bldg cafeteria, but if not, why not?"
