Filing For Graduation

When filing for graduation, be sure you have:

  • Earned 60 or more credits toward your degree.

  • A minimum GPA of 2.0.

  • Satisfactorily completed 2 writing intensive courses.

  • Passed the College Proficiency Exam (CPE) or are registered to take it.

  • Filled out and submit your Application for Graduation to the Registrar's office (A 104) by the stated deadline.  Make sure to PRINT you name as you wish it to appear on your diploma.

You MUST satisfy the requirements above in order to be eligible to graduate.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***

The deadline to file for January 2010 graduation has been extended to December 15, 2009 All applications received after December 15 will be considered for June 2010.
