The nursing department contains some of the most innovative, cutting edge educational technology available today. Students have access to computerized mannequns which can be assessed for heart, lung and bowel sounds and have the abililty to verbally interact with the students. Through grants awarded to nursing faculty, we have been given the lastest and safest patient transfer equipment available in healthcare. With a faculty of 23 full-time and 25 part time faculty as well as a support staff of 15, students can avail themselves of individualized instruction and tutoring, making QCC nursing graduates highly marketable upon graduation.
