The NY Section thanks them for their efforts in providing excellent programs
to celebrate these events.

My AP Chemistry class celebrated Mole Day back in October 2005. The students brought in Mole food, such as molchkins and quacamole chips. Students told mole jokes and read mole poems. My Regents Chemistry students don't learn about the Mole until spring, so they will celebrate half- Mole day on 3-01. I encourage students to write and sing mole songs, perform mole skits and tell mole jokes. Students construct a periodic table made from cupcakes and a cake decorated with mole town.
