Include a letter of recommendation from math faculty member and short statement describing student’s future educational career goals.
||Presented to an outstanding student in an upper level course, usually to a graduating senior in the calculus sequence.
||Presented to a female student, with an outstanding performance in any credit-bearing course.
||Presented to an outstanding student who advanced to higher level courses starting from remedial mathematics.

||Presented to a graduating student of foreign birth who achieves excellence in Mathematics and Computer Science and has completed, at a minimum, the calculus sequence.
