The Department of Marketing and Communications acts as a resource for the Queensborough community. Our prime goal is to provide an integrated approach to the marketing, advertising and promotion efforts of all academic, administrative, and student-related programs, projects and events.
The department incorporates the Offices of Publications and Publicity, and has now expanded its responsibilities to include student recruitment and enrollment communications, increased coordination of development-related promotion activities, a more diversified outreach campaign with print media, and the design and implementation of an annual college-wide advertising campaign.
The Director of the department acts as chair of the College’s Web Site Committee, and working with the Academic Computing Center, the department seeks to make the College Web site the backbone of its communications efforts.
Offices are located in the Administration Building, Room 315.
