immigration issues.

Center provides, among other services, legal advice on the

OUR MISSION
The mission of the Center for
Immigration is to serve all immigrant students enrolled in the
College, their families and members of the Queens community
regardless of immigration status. The Center will educate
these individuals regarding their rights and responsibilities
as they pertain to their immigration status, and will assist
them in seeking any immigration benefits for which they may be
eligible.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Although, the Center for
Immigration would not provide legal representation, the
CI staff will educate individuals from the community about
United States Immigration laws and their rights as immigrants.
If representation is needed, the Center’s staff will refer
individuals to the appropriate resources.
STAFF
The
staff of the QCC Center for Immigration includes an
experienced immigration counselor, and immigration counselor
(paralegal).
