Kaleem Ahmad Kamboj was born in Lahore, Pakistan, in 1965. He moved to New
York City during early childhood and was educated within the NYC public
education system. As a young man he was influenced by the poetry of a
Thirteen-Century poet Jelaluddin Rumi, as well as Robert Frost, and
Nineteen-Century Romanticism.
Kamboj's poetry has been published in Malaysia, India, France and the
United States. He is co-author and editor of a book entitled "Kamboja" a 200 page
book that traces 5000 years of his family history. He recently graduated
from Queenborough Community College.
