Computer Engineering Technology
* A TAC of ABET ACCREDITED ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CURRICULUM
Computer Engineering Technology is another exciting career option for students to consider. This program combines electronics and digital theory as they relate to computers. It bridges the gap between hardware and software by providing a solid foundation in both and tying the disciplines together with a curriculum that has intensive classroom and laboratory components. Students learn how to apply microprocessors, embedded microcontrollers and networks in a hands-on, laboratory-based environment. Computer Engineering Technology prepares students to accept positions in computer design and repair, embedded microprocessor and microcontroller appliance and control applications, and in networking applications.
