Sasha Soon, M.A.

Degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, New York University
               Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, John Jay College of Criminal Justice
               Currently pursuing Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Walden University

Professional Affiliations:  American Psychological Association for Graduate Students

Counseling Interests and Experience: Short term personal counseling with students who are at risk of academic failure. Experience working with minority students who have shown persistent academic difficulty and emotional instability. Conducted competency evaluations for criminal defendants at Kings County Hospital Center’s forensic unit. Special interest in juvenile delinquents and examining the variables that are correlated with criminality.  

Other Interests: Physical fitness, reading, and traveling.
