Degrees: Bachelors Degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany; Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University
Professional Experience: 20 years of counseling in private practice, employee assistance programs and mental health centers.
Counseling approach: Helping students to find their internal strengths and balance needed in adjusting to and succeeding in college life. This involves personal counseling to help cope with life stressors that often interfere with academic and career goals such as: relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, stress and anxiety.
Interests: Exercise, being outdoors and enjoying all forms of nature, especially the beach, reading cooking and spending time with my family.
