Gina Capozzoli, LMHC

Degrees: Bachelors Degree-Adelphi University (Psychology)
Masters Degree- C.W. Post University (Counseling, Community Mental Health)

Counseling Interests and Experience: Personal, academic and career counseling. Extensive work with academically disadvantaged students and the barriers that impede their success. Special interests in eating disorders, sexual/physical abuse, anxiety, communication skills, adjusting to college life, and exploring how to research and choose a career that best fits the student.

Group Work: Women’s Issues Group covering topics of Eating Disorders, Self Esteem, Relationships, Academics, Drugs & Alcohol, Parenting, and much more. Students interested in joining this group or creating a new group around a topic of your interest should contact me via phone or email.

Other Interests: Reading, Movies, Theatre, Music, enjoying the beach during the summer!
