|Job Outlook:||Employment of property managers is expected to grow as fast as average through 2018 due partly to population growth. Apartment buildings, condominiums, homeowner associations, and the fast-growing amount of senior housing will add to demand. New development with community or homeowner associations that provide community services and oversee jointly owned common areas require professional management.|
