Sales & Service Coordinator

Description: Responsibilities include assisting in the development, management and administration of the Bank’s Sales and Service programs as well as other programs/activities as assigned. Assist with managing various vendor relationships while ensuring adherence to the Bank’s vendor management policy. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and work with sales and/or service teams to enhance programs. Work closely with the internal sales team to develop and maintain programs Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Assist with departmental programs to ensure that programs directly reflect the overall strategic plan of the Bank. 2.Work with Management on managing/administering/designing sales goals and tracking for all Incentive Plans across the Bank. 3.Develop sales & service campaigns, sprints and other initiatives to support sales efforts of the field and meet company objectives. 4.Work within the Bank’s CRM tool to identify processes for all units across the Bank, then work to implement the process. 5.Respond to inquires regarding programs, products, policy and procedures. 6.Supply business lines with sales & service trending and reporting. 7.Utilize outstanding interpersonal skills for communicating with co-workers, Bank employees and outside vendors.
