Description: The LEAD Program offers Russian-speaking, Jewish college and graduate students paid, full-time summer internships in leading Jewish not-for-profit agencies throughout New York City. Internships are designed to match students' professional and/or personal interests. The program also includes educational seminars about Jewish traditions, history and leadership, and students work together to plan and implement a community service project. LEAD will enhance your understanding of and connection to the Jewish community, provide you with meaningful professional experience and enhance your leadership skills. Stipend is provided upon completion of program. LEAD is sponsored by UJA-Federation of New York and operated by F.E.G.S Health & Human Services System. Part-time internships are also available during the academic year.
