Request Form

Student organizations and QCC faculty and staff may use this form to request a Career Services workshop.

The Office of Career Services staff are available to make presentations to campus groups (including classes and student organizations) on a wide variety of career development and job seeking topics, including resume writing, interviewing, job search strategies, internships, researching employers, etc.

Requests must be submitted during the first month of each semester.

You may request a presentation by completing the form below and submitting it to the Office of Career Services. When you have completed the form, select "SUBMIT" to forward the information to the Office of Career Services. You will be contacted within a few days to discuss your program request.
