This program is designed to provide the student with strong academic preparation in accounting, general business, and liberal arts and sciences. Accounting graduates are prepared to take an entry-level job in the accounting field or to continue their education in a baccalaureate program.

Notes: * Students intending to pursue the BA in Accounting at Queens College may substitute MA440 (or MA441, if eligible) to meet calculus pre-requisite requirements at Queens College.
Students in business curricula who plan to pursue bachelor’s degrees at Baruch College should be aware of the following: Baruch requires that students pursuing a B.B.A. or B.S. in Business complete a course in business calculus before they may take junior-level business courses. Students may take MA128 (4 credits – MA120 is an acceptable pre-requisite) at Queensborough to satisfy this requirement.
