Suggested Course Sequence

This degree program is designed to provide the student with strong academic preparation in both business and liberal arts and sciences. The curriculum provides an in-depth understanding of the principles of information systems, systems analysis and computer programming. In addition to the core requirements and business requirements, students are required to complete the following courses for the Optional Track in Computer Programming.

  • Systems Analysis and Design with Business Applications
  • Business Programming with Visual Objects (Visual BASIC)
  • Business Programming with Objects (C++)
  • Microcomputer Operating Systems and Utility Software
  • Projects in Data Processing
  • Business electives
