We all know that many students struggle to balance academic, economic and family demands. To answer this challenge, we launched the Aspire to Success pilot program, which provides free tuition to new students who are academically qualified and willing to make a full-time commitment to pursuing their education. The full-tuition scholarships allow them to focus solely on their studies and complete their Associate degree in two years. The students can then transfer to a four-year college or enter the workforce, taking advantage of their enhanced skills.

The College’s Fund Board has contributed $100,000 to fund the pilot program. This has enabled us to offer full tuition scholarships to thirty first-time, full-time students who are serious about graduating from Queensborough Community College in two years.
