QCC FUND, INC.

The Queensborough Community College Fund, Inc.

The Queensborough Community College Fund, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1975 to raise funds from private sources to advance the educational and cultural programs of Queensborough Community College. Gifts to the QCC Fund bridge the gap between the actual cost of educating students and the funds provided by students' tuition, and allocations from the City and the State.

The express purpose of the Queensborough Community College Fund is to aid and promote the education and charitable purposes of the College. Funds are used to guarantee scholarships for future generations of students and enrich the student learning experience.

The Fund is a non-profit public benefit corporation existing under, and by virtue of, Section 402 of the New York State Not-for-Profit Corporation Law. The Fund is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as having tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code Tax ID# 11-2386540.

For more information, please contact Queensborough's Office of Institutional Advancement at 718.281.5144 or email QCCFund@qcc.cuny.edu.

Who Contributes to the QCC Fund?

How Can You Help?

The Queensborough Community College Fund, Inc. invites you to make a tax-deductible gift to the College. You may contribute to the College's Annual Fund where it will be used wherever it is needed most, or you may earmark your contribution for a specific purpose such as Scholarships, the QCC Art Gallery, the Kupferberg Holocaust Resource Center, the Performing Arts Center, the Alumni Association or Community College Research. You may also choose to support the Annual Partners Gala Fundraising event or the student-sponsored Walk to Aspire which raises funds for Scholarships.

Other forms of donations to consider include making a bequest in your will, establishing a trust fund, naming QCC as the final beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan, and gifts of stocks, bonds and other items of value. We can provide you with more information on any of these options.

If you have a specific program on which you would like to make a greater impact, you may want to consider a multi-year pledge to maximize your gift.

Whatever the amount, your contribution to the QCC Fund, Inc. is a mark of confidence in the future of Queensborough Community College, a college of The City University of New York.
