A creative new approach in community college education. Funded by monies from the city and Mayor Bloomberg’s Center for Economic Opportunity, ASAP emphasizes enriched academic support services, mentoring, block programs, and graduation with an Associate degree within two to four years. All tuition and fees will be paid for by ASAP for students who demonstrate financial need, and all students in the program will receive free MetroCards and free textbooks to use during their studies at QCC.
