What opportunities are available to all Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics faculty through QCC - LSAMP?
Faculty Mentor program

Adjunct or full time faculty members who wish to participate as a mentor to a student would be eligible to receive an award of $250.00 per semester per student for supplies.

Students registered for Independent Study in Science Technology Engineering and mathematics and satisfied the LSAMP eligibility can also be funded.

With efforts to increase the Faculty student relationship within the QCC community, this research opportunity will certain assist in that regard.
Faculty RIP and RAP grant applications for the academic year are temporarily placed on hold.
PLEASE NOTE:
Non–Applicants or Non- Recipients of RIP/RAP grants are encouraged to be mentors to an aspiring STEM student.
